?How to improve the quality of CNC machining workpiece?

1, reasonable use of CNC machining tools

3. When loading and clamping, pay attention to see whether the name and model of CNC workpiece and program sheet are the same, whether the material size is matched, whether the clamping height is high enough, with calipers.

7, the machine tool processing speed operator to strictly control, F speed and S spindle speed should be reasonable to adjust each other, F speed faster relative to the S spindle to speed up, in different regions have to adjust the speed.After processing, check the quality of the rear can be off, to do a perfect processing.
