Custom zinc alloy logo
Zinc alloy is an alloy based on zinc and other elements. Commonly added alloying elements include low-temperature zinc alloys such as aluminum, copper, magnesium, cadmium, lead, and titanium. Among them, zinc 95%~96%, aluminum 3.5%~4.3%, and the rest are copper and magnesium. Because both zinc and aluminum are very active amphoteric metals, they have poor chemical stability and are easily corroded and oxidized in the air. There are zinc alloy electroplating and zinc alloy die-casting processes. The main advantages of zinc alloy signs are durability, resistance to corrosion, rain and sun, wear resistance, non-fading, beautiful appearance, bright colors, clear patterns and good brightness.
Types of zinc alloy signs:
Zamak 3: Good fluidity and mechanical properties. Used in castings that do not require high mechanical strength, such as decorations and some electrical devices.
Zamak 5: Good fluidity and good mechanical properties. Used in castings that have certain requirements for mechanical strength, such as auto parts, mechanical parts, etc.
Zamak 2: Used for mechanical parts that have special requirements for mechanical properties, high hardness requirements, and general dimensional accuracy requirements.
ZA8: Good fluidity and dimensional stability, but poor fluidity. Applied to die-casting workpieces with small size, high precision and mechanical strength requirements, such as electrical devices.?
Different zinc alloys have different physical and mechanical properties, which provides a choice for die casting design.
The Q&A:
1. Large proportion;
2. Good casting performance, can die-cast precision parts with complex shapes and thin walls, and the surface of the castings is smooth;
3. Surface treatment can be performed: electroplating, spraying, painting, electrophoresis, polishing, water transfer, etc.;
4. When melting and die-casting, it does not absorb iron, does not corrode the pressure, and does not stick to the mold;
5. Have good room temperature mechanical properties and wear resistance.
Generally, metal aluminum is used as raw material.
Generally, the thickness is 0.3MM to 2.5MM.
Generally, it can be made into black and silver-white characters. It can also be made into golden characters, silver background, and sand bottom. The fonts are usually made of a little brushed line, which can make the logo more shiny.
Generally, the back of the sign can be made flat, and then directly affixed with double-sided tape, or the back can be made into two feet, and then fixed with screws for easy installation.
Such signs have the characteristics of temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, sun protection, water resistance and oxidation resistance. At the same time,the sign is very durable.

The main process shows as below
Step 1:St.St. plate
Step 2:Laser cut according to the engineering dwg
Step 3:Film or coating in the dust-free shop, light exposure imaging
Step 4:Etching, ie, remove material by way of chemical reaction or physical corrosion
Step 7:Industry oven, hi-temp, low-temp & constant temp.
Step 5:Get deepened by etching once, and texture finish by twice etching, like snow grain.
Step 8:Professional inspectors and packaging workers
Step 6:Done in the dust-free shop, by professional workers and advanced equipment
Step 9:Applied as precision etched parts for the electronic thin components for the aviation industry, machinery and chemical industry
